Vendor Spaces:
$15 Indoor 6x5ft Space
$10 Outdoor (Main St) Canopy 6x5ft Space
$10 Outdoor (Main St) Lawn 10x10ft Space
$5 Mini-Maker 4ft Table Space -VERY LIMITED
(for creative, motivated kids!)
Tables/Chairs:
Bring your own table/display and chairs.
(Except Mini-Makers)
Electric:
Included & available in many indoor booths. Please request in form.
Application Deadline:
Applications are screened & accepted progressively each week until all spaces are filled.
Confirmation:
You can expect to receive a confirmation email within five business days of applying.
Payment:
An invoice will be emailed to you. Payment accepted through the invoice. You can also mail a check written to 'Adventures & Art'.
Once payment is received, your business will be advertised as attending. We will share information with potential customers, pictures of your product, and links to your business.
Vendor Meals:
Microwave available. Local Eateries within walking distance: Pizza Land, Cozy Kitchen, Mei Ho Chinese, Angry Rooster, Market Place Grocery.
Big Springs Museum Benefit Lunch (has taken orders & delivered in the past) and Fire Department Benefit Lunch directly across the street.
Event Advertising:
- In-studio to everyday customers
- Heavy social media presence and budget
- Local signage
- Email/mailing list
- Occurring in collaboration with the popular Hometown Holidays Celebration that draws traffic
- Multi-business print advertising in the works
